Base44 Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms for Membership, Betting & Payments

Base44 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using this platform, you are legally acknowledging that you agree to all of the terms and conditions set out below.

Base44 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the platform, and significant updates will also be communicated to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, all remaining terms will continue in full effect. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions of these terms, the Bengali version shall prevail.

To register with Base44, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide a valid phone number registered in your name.
• Online betting must be legal in the country where you are located.
• You have not previously been temporarily or permanently banned from Base44.

What you need to provide at registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. If an account is created using false or incorrect information, Base44 reserves the right to close that account and forfeit its balance at any time.

One person, one account

Each individual may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for the security of your Base44 account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Managing an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please inform us immediately.
• Base44 accepts no liability for unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong password and keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on Base44. These rules apply to all bet types.

Bet Acceptance

• Bets are accepted only within the designated timeframe on the platform. No new pre-match bets will be accepted after a match has kicked off.
• Odds may change at any time during live betting. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet fails to process due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and a full refund will be issued.

In the event of a cancelled or abandoned match

If a match or event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned, Base44 follows the policy outlined below:

1. If a match is cancelled before it begins, the full stake will be refunded.
2. If more than 50% of the scheduled match time has been played after kick-off, the result may be considered valid.
3. In accumulators, odds for cancelled events will be set to 1.00, and the remaining selections will stand.

Minimum & Maximum Bet

Maximum bet limits may differ for special events. Base44 reserves the right to adjust any bet limit at any time.

Base44 currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• All deposits must be made from your own account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• No charges are applied for deposits. However, your mobile banking service provider may impose their own fees.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from Base44:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC verified).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000.
• Winnings derived from bonuses require a specific wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal.

Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 8–30 minutes. Additional time may be required if KYC verification is pending or suspicious activity is detected.

The terms and conditions governing Base44 bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Each member may take advantage of each promotion only once.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn unless the applicable wagering requirement (typically 10–30x) has been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any expired bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Base44 reserves the right to investigate the account and void the bonus.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Base44 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system.
• Use of automated software or bots.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassment or threatening behaviour towards other members.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Illegally influencing the outcome of a game.

Base44 shall not be liable in the following cases:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet connection failures.
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues.
• Transactions delayed due to issues with third-party payment gateways.
• If you disclose your account details to another person yourself.
• Financial losses from betting — betting is purely a form of entertainment that carries full risk.

Base44's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in that month.

Base44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of terms.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• In cases of registration using false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 365 days).

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining wallet balance will be refunded, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

Base44 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes:

• Changes will take effect 7 days after the date of modification.

If you object to the updated terms, you may close your account. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
